How We Assess Quality

The Parrot team continuously monitors Digital Reporter (DR) quality to ensure professionalism and accuracy. We use real-time alerts to detect potential issues during events, such as late arrivals, disconnections, or incorrect script usage. Additionally, we may observe events in real time if needed and conduct post-event quality reviews to assess overall performance.

Each week, the Digital Reporter team reviews DR performance, evaluating factors such as late arrivals, late confirmation texts, incorrect event forms, and any concerns flagged by the Quality Assurance team. Based on this review, you may receive an email with feedback regarding any quality concerns. In certain cases, this review may impact your DR level.

On a monthly basis, the Digital Reporter team conducts a performance review and may issue promotions to high-performing Digital Reporters who consistently demonstrate excellence in their work.
