Taking Breaks
You are expected to abide by the breaks that the counsel chooses to take. Usually, when depositions are long, there will be plenty of breaks during the proceeding. During these breaks, you should take advantage by eating a snack, drinking water, stretching, going to the restroom, etc. Use them to make sure you can be engaged for the remainder of the proceeding.
—> What if there is an emergency, and I cannot wait for the next break?
If there is absolutely no way you can wait for the next break, you should inform Event Support immediately and tell them:
- The reason for the break
- How long you think you will need
They will walk you through the protocol and tell you how to proceed.
