On-Call
If you are on an on-call event, follow the steps below to accurately log your time.
- Join the Zoom link by clicking "Join as host," as you would a normal event.
- Navigate through the steps as follows:
- 1. Preparation: Check off all actions.
- 2. Attendance: Mark all placeholders as absent and mark yourself as present.
- 3. Opening: Mark all actions as complete.
- Click "Go on the record" to check off the action.
- Choose "Not present" for the witness ID.
- 4. Questioning: Mark all actions as complete
- 5. Closing: Mark all actions as complete
- Wait on the Zoom link for the entirety of your shift. If you are needed in an event, a Support team member will contact you via your phone. Keep your phone handy. You are expected to be immediately available for the entirety of your on-call shift.
- When either a) your shift is over, b) you are called to join an event, end the meeting by clicking the "Continue to Review" button. Confirm you are ending the meeting.
- Mark all actions in the 6. Review step as complete, select complete, enter your location, and submit the form.
