Certifying Questions

Sometimes, a questioning attorney may choose to have a question certified or noted.

1. The attorney will ask you to certify the question.
2. You, the Digital Reporter should respond "So certified".
3. Note the question and the timestamp of the certified question, as well as any other relevant details to the certification
   1. The witness refused to answer
   2. Counsel did not allow witness to answer
   3. The attorneys call upon a judge to rule on a question, etc.
