Out of State Stipulation

There may be times you are asked to join an event with counsel that reside outside of the state in which you are currently located. You will always be made aware that this is happening before you join the event, and counsel are usually made aware as well.

In this situation, instead of reading the Remote Stipulation in the script, you should read the following stipulation instead:

"Do all parties stipulate to me conducting this oath and affirmation remotely, understanding we are not physically present with each other and may be located in different jurisdictions?"
