Transcription

  • We have a separate transcription side of our business with trained transcriptionists who review the computer aided transcription and listen to the entire record, verifying the testimony recorded is accurate and editing as needed.
  • These transcriptionists review DR’s timestamps and annotations to ensure that the final transcript is 100% accurate to the record.
  • After the transcript is complete, the DR then receives a COTT (Certification of True Testimony) and adds a picture of their stamp and signs that this testimony is accurate and was taken before you, a commissioned notary public.

Always remember: As a neutral third party, you must allow counsel to decide amongst themselves how to proceed when there is any objection. You are welcome to offer solutions if asked, but allow counsels to discuss together and come to a conclusion themselves.
