As a certified Parrot Digital Reporter and commissioned Notary Public, you are qualified and legally permitted to service the depositions and other legal proceedings you take part in. The following are words you can and cannot use to describe your responsibilities and credentials.

A commissioned notary in your state and legally permitted to swear in the witness |
Always remember: As a neutral third party, you must allow counsel to decide amongst themselves how to proceed when there is any objection. You are welcome to offer solutions if asked, but allow counsels to discuss together and come to a conclusion themselves.
