Livestream
Explanation:
- It is a reference to the audio feed being sent from Zoom to our transcription software
- It is accessible to you, in order to ensure the transcript is being recorded accurately
- It is only available by having an appropriate username and password, with multi-factor authentication
- We store our livestream on our secure servers with bank-level encryption
- Only our technical support team can provide credentials to access the encrypted link and they live monitor any one who logs in
- No one unauthorized has access to the video, audio, transcripts, or any other data associated with the proceeding at any time
Whenever there is an objection, always first clarify the nature of the objection and what exactly they are objecting to
Procedure if the attendee refuses to proceed due to livestreaming concerns:
- Ensure there is absolutely no way the counsel will proceed with the livestreaming notification.
- Contact Support immediately.
- Parrot tech support will generate a new link for the parties to attend where livestream is disabled.
- The DR and Parrot technical support have access to the transcript, but no one else will.
Always remember: As a neutral third party, you must allow counsel to decide amongst themselves how to proceed when there is any objection. You are welcome to offer solutions if asked, but allow counsels to discuss together and come to a conclusion themselves.
